Book this courseWhat you'll learn
Sometimes the goal isn't therapeutic depth or athletic recovery — it's simply to help another person melt. This course teaches a curated sequence drawn from several modalities, arranged into one 60- to 75-minute flow whose only purpose is deep, complete relaxation.
- Setting the room — light, sound, temperature, oil warmth
- Opening: long, slow, whole-back strokes that reset the nervous system
- The main sequence: shoulders, arms, hands, feet, legs — with the transitions that keep it feeling like one continuous flow
- Closing: how to end so the client comes back to the room slowly
Who this is for
Partners who want to give something better than the well-meant back rub. Home practitioners preparing gift massages. Wellness professionals who want a signature relaxation session for high-stress clients. Anyone who understands that stillness is a skill you can teach with your hands.

Wen
Wen has spent a decade in massage and wellness — first as a practitioner, then as an entrepreneur who founded three massage centres of her own. Zenland is her teaching practice: the place where she passes on what she's learned, one student at a time.
She teaches the way she was taught: hands on the table, corrections in real time, no shortcuts. Wen teaches in English and Chinese, and works with everyone from complete beginners to wellness professionals adding a technique to an existing practice.
