In most cases, yes. Zenland does not perform medical or therapeutic massage; the lessons teach technique that you would then apply carefully with the medical situation in mind. If you're pregnant, recovering from surgery, or managing a serious condition, mention it when you book and Wen will advise whether to proceed and what to adjust.
