Yes. After the introductory class, we can discuss your progress and create a learning plan based on the techniques you would like to develop.

A light meal before the class is fine. Try to avoid eating a very heavy meal immediately before massage practice.

Yes, towels and massage oil are normally provided. Please inform me in advance if you have sensitive skin, allergies or would prefer to use your own product.

Yes. Massage is a practical skill, so the class includes guided hands-on practice whenever appropriate. The practice arrangements and professional boundaries will be explained before the lesson begins. Your comfort and consent will always be respected.
