Question 1

Which two techniques should I compare first?

Accepted Answer

Start from your goal: for neck and desk tension compare Neck-Shoulder-Back vs Head-and-Scalp; for a career foundation compare Traditional Chinese vs Sports; for pure relaxation compare Hot Stone vs Relaxation. Pick any 2 to 4 — the table does the rest.

Question 2

Can I learn more than one technique?

Accepted Answer

Yes — most students stack techniques over time. A common path is the €59 intro class, then one foundation (Traditional Chinese or Relaxation), then a specialism like Sports or Hot Stone. Each course page lists related courses.

Question 3

I want deep pressure — which technique is that?

Accepted Answer

The deepest sustained work at Zenland is Traditional Chinese massage (deep, rhythmic) followed by Neck-Shoulder-Back (medium to deep). But pressure is always adjusted to the client — deep does not mean better, and every technique is taught to be effective at multiple depths.

Question 4

Are the “medium difficulty” techniques OK for beginners?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every course accepts complete beginners. “Medium” means the rhythm (Traditional Chinese) or timing (Sports) typically takes a few sessions to feel natural — not that prior experience is required.

Question 5

What if my two finalists tie?

Accepted Answer

Book the €59 introduction class and feel both hands-on with Wen before committing — or send her a 2-minute message via the contact page describing what you want each technique for. She answers personally in English or Chinese.
