Facial Massage
The technique that estheticians and facial-treatment professionals wish they'd learned properly the first time. Gentle, precise, deeply relaxing.
Book this courseWhat you'll learn
Facial massage is the most delicate work in the modality catalogue. It's also the most requested add-on to any facial treatment because clients feel it immediately — released jaws, softer expressions, that noticeable glow that isn't from the product.
- The facial muscle map and where tension collects
- Lymphatic drainage patterns for de-puffing
- Sculpting and lifting techniques
- Sequencing a stand-alone 30-minute facial massage or a 5-minute add-on
Who this is for
Estheticians and beauty-treatment professionals who want to offer a proper facial massage, not just cleanse-and-mask. Yoga and mindfulness teachers who want a jaw-and-brow release technique to teach their students. Anyone who has held stress in their face and wants to learn how to release it in others.

Wen
Wen has spent a decade in massage and wellness — first as a practitioner, then as an entrepreneur who founded three massage centres of her own. Zenland is her teaching practice: the place where she passes on what she's learned, one student at a time.
She teaches the way she was taught: hands on the table, corrections in real time, no shortcuts. Wen teaches in English and Chinese, and works with everyone from complete beginners to wellness professionals adding a technique to an existing practice.
