Book this courseWhat you'll learn
Reflexology treats the whole body through the feet, following a map that's been refined over centuries. You'll learn the reflex points, the sequence to work them in, and — most importantly — the thumb-and-finger techniques that make it comfortable and effective.
- The reflex map: organs, systems, corresponding zones on each foot
- The signature thumb-walk and finger-rotation techniques
- Sequencing a full 45-minute reflexology session
- Warm-ups and closes that make the treatment feel complete
Who this is for
People who want to give something restorative to family members without needing a full massage table. Wellness practitioners adding a chair-based option for events, offices and mobile visits. Anyone curious about the connection between feet and the rest of the body.

Wen
Wen has spent a decade in massage and wellness — first as a practitioner, then as an entrepreneur who founded three massage centres of her own. Zenland is her teaching practice: the place where she passes on what she's learned, one student at a time.
She teaches the way she was taught: hands on the table, corrections in real time, no shortcuts. Wen teaches in English and Chinese, and works with everyone from complete beginners to wellness professionals adding a technique to an existing practice.
